Likelihood to Recommend
Poor follow-up. Staff are unable to resolve issues or provide credit from my experience. It took months to resolve the issue. Price increases when you request to explain new lines at higher process. Want to lock you into long-term contracts without any flexibility for lines I feel. Proposals are not competitive. They trashed the competitors and said everyone is moving to them.
