Overall Satisfaction with PanTerra Networks

We are a church/non profit and we've had the PanTerra Networks System for 3 years. I've been here for 2 years and the system and features have been pretty easy to use. I like the voicemail to email feature. They offer us an affordable service and I think that is the biggest benefit because the monthly cost is very affordable.

Cons

  • I don't like having to login to download invoices

They do more email that phone support but they do answer in a reasonable amount of time.
I participated in the implementation and it was easy!
We only use the phone system, not the added features.
It's pretty easy to use. I don't have any complaints about the system.

We're not a super high tech operation. We're not a large organization. We have 5 phones in our 5 administrative offices. So the system is appropriate for us and I imagine it would be fine for someone looking to scale. I set up the phones and they work great. So does the auto attendant and the rest of the features that we use.
