We are a pediatric speech clinic and we use PanTerra Networks for our phone service, team chats and text messages with families.

- Would like to see a feature that automatically texts a missed call.
- Would like the ability to tag a person in a main line thread so you don't have to forward through email.
- Would like the ability to link a google page to leave a review.
- Allows all team members to be connected without an actual phone.
- Losing calls by not being able to automatically connect with patients if we aren't able to answer the phone manually.
- Keeping an open line of communication throughout the day with therapists (even when they are offsite) by using the chat.
Keeps the team connected to each other and families in real time.
