What is PrimePay?
PrimePay offers employers the opportunity to streamline many of their HR processes, including applicant tracking, onboarding, timekeeping, payroll, and benefits administration into one platform.
Compliance is built into PrimePay, and their platform ensures employers are in compliance with the ACA, COBRA, and ERISA. As a part of their compliance services, PrimePay also offers solutions to decrease the cost of workers compensation and manages unemployment costs.

Timekeeping and Payroll
PrimePay offers its own hardware for timekeeping that integrates with its software. There are three options for time clock hardware, a facial recognition scanner, a biometric fingerprint scanner, or a mobile app on the employees’ phones. Both hardware options can be rented from PrimePay. Renting allows companies to switch out their hardware anytime and covers wear and tear/replacement of broken hardware.
The facial recognition time clock can store up to 800 employee faces and allows employees to clock in and out simply by looking at it. For those who don’t want to use facial recognition, PrimePay offers another biometric scanner that allows employees to clock in and out using a fingerprint scanner or key card. Employees can also clock in and out using an app on their smartphones.
Payroll through PrimePay can decrease costs with direct deposit, and will sign, stuff, and seal checks for employees who do not want electronic payments. Employees can access their payment information online, saving HR representatives time. PrimePay withholds and remits payments to federal, state, and local tax offices. PrimePay offers preparation of employee 1099s and W-2s, as well as garnish wages for child support, but these services require an upgrade and an additional cost.
PrimePay allows for companies to give advisor access to other individuals, such as their CPA or benefits broker.
Benefits Administration
PrimePay offers employers the opportunity to offer many benefits to their employees. With PrimePay, employers can offer:
Health Savings Account (HSA)
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)
Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA)
Premium Only Plans (POP)
