Quadient Postage Meters & Mailing Systems (iX, IS, and IN series)

We are extremely unhappy with Quadient and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service to anyone. We placed an order for Quadient with a sales rep. We were ordering the parcel stamping machine for a very specific purpose: we run a health insurance agency and had letters that needed to be mailed out by a specific date. We expressed to our sales rep that if we couldn't have the machine delivered by that date, we would not be interested in ordering the machine - given that it would arrive too late and we would no longer have a need for it. Our sales rep assured us that they could get the machine delivered by the date needed. Low and behold, the machine didn't show up in time, not even close. IT SHOWED UP ABOUT 2 MONTHS LATER! When the package didn't show up in the time frame promised, we called to cancel the order and were told that we would receive a shipping label in the mail. IT IS NOW ABOUT 3 MONTHS SINCE THAT DATE AND NO RETURN LABEL! But guess what we have received? A whole bunch of bills from Quadient for a machine and a service we never used! Today, I spoke to a "Supervisor". They confirmed they were able to see that we requested cancellation and a return shipping label, but then proceeded to explain that we needed to submit the cancellation in writing! I'm not sure what's going on with this company, but from where I sit it seems like one big scam.
