It's helping us to engage with leads who are visiting the website much quicker, and allow them to reach the right point of contact with ease. It speeds up the contact processes, and allows people who have direct questions to ask and get immediate results, and be pointed in the right direction to a wide range of content available.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Piper the AI SDR by Qualified now serves has our main chat resource for inbound traffic on the website. We no longer need to have SDRs be logged into qualified and can apply answers at any hour of the day. In addition, we use Piper the AI SDR by Qualified for closed lost nurture campaigns and for general no-MQL event follow-up.

Pros

  • Piper the AI SDR is able to get a great understanding of all content and the website and can easily answer questions
  • Piper the AI SDR does an excellent job doing outbound emails and many people replying reply as if she were a real person
  • Piper the AI SDR does an excellent job qualifying new leads before booking demos
  • Piper the AI SDR is able to easily route people to support

Cons

  • Piper the AI SDR can get tripped up when someone asks a question we weren't prepared for. Example Does the webinar cost money? Of course not but we didn't specifically put anywhere that it doesn't, and she can get confused
  • Piper the AI SDR can sometimes get overzealous and try do things she isn't able to like help someone download an ebook
  • There are some trigger limitations for email but we are aware it is on the features roadmap

Piper the AI SDR is perfect for a global marketing team who wants to have greater control over conversations that are happening on the website. She does an excellent job of qualifying leads and getting meetings booked. In addition she does an excellent job routing people to support and away from sales if that is not an area they are interested. There aren't many areas we have found Piper to be not appropriate. As we continue to hone in and improve her capabilities.

A lot of budgets have been located for acquisition through digital channels and SEO, but once they are able to bring the leads to the landing page or website, they fail to convert them with the right engagement, time relevancy, and manner. Qualified helps to convert those leads right on the website with tools like qualifications questioning, lead capturing, meeting booking, etc.

Qualified is fairly easy to work with. It's interactive and easy to use for sales representatives. It may take some time to set up the journey and each experience through the builder. The analytic function enables users to optimize the experiences and implement improvements or testings. For us, the native integration is key to the adoption of Qualified being able to integrate it through AppExchange. The Customer Success team has been doing a great job since the exploration phase and throughout the onboarding.

Qualified has made communication very easy with the customers or clients. Using this tool has filled the communication gap and no opportunities are missed to get the business to widen. It has great features on voice calling which can be used in or out of the organization and it gives a wide range of expected output from customers. Using this tool helped to gain a better connection with customers which exceeds the business needs.

  • Voice calling, call forwarding using chat bots helped a lot with less human resources required.

  • The UI can be improved with new features.

Being a part of the sales team I am the frontline user for Qualified. I am the one on our backend speaking to people on our website. I am able to provide them with my calendar, see what they are viewing on the website and transfer the conversation to another team member if needed.
