Recruit CRM is the cornerstone of our business model. We are a direct placement agency with a fully-remote workforce. Being able to work in tandem between departments and among the staff so that we are all moving in the same direction at the same time requires a program that combines new business development and relationship management with candidate tracking. Using Recruit RCM, we are able to manage every member of our team as they perform their duties and tasks necessary at each step of the process.

  • Customer Service. Hands down the best company I have ever worked with
  • User Interface is intuitive, attractive, simple, robust

Cons

  • Calendars are only linear, not set up to view by day, week, month

Recruit CRM is would make a great choice if you are looking for a CRM/ATS partner. Their training and support make it impossible to not have the tools necessary for success from the first sign-on. They continue to improve their product by soliciting direct feedback and suggested features from users. Their customer support is live 24-7 and the response time for any questions or issues is outstanding which is critical for a company with employees in different time zones or one without on-site technical support.

We use Recruit CRM to manage filling roles within the company. It has helped us be more efficient in hiring and the process of hiring as a whole. It is super helpful for our team and has been a great software for the team.

  • Makes the process of hiring more efficient
  • Helps us save time
  • Makes process for candidates better
  • Saves a lot of external issues/work outside ATS

Cons

  • They are adding a lot of features all the time which can be annoying
  • They are usually catching up with features that other programs have rather than being more innovative
  • Other than this, I do not really have any complaints about this software

This is a great tool for managing a lot of positions and is suitable for any business. It is super helpful and has saved us time. If you do a lot of hiring, it is definitely a good option to have software like this.

Recruit CRM has provided us with an out-of-the-box, cost-effective solution to manage the operational process of moving candidates through a recruitment pipeline. With the integrated CRM capability, it allows us to track all candidate-specific communications, which is instrumental to follow-ups and searching historical records. The API has given us the added capability to integrate with our custom applications and web pages, allowing us to create great experiences for our users while having recruit CRM run our operations in the background. It is exactly what we needed and has been a reliable tool in our processes. The support we received from the team has been the best of any software company we have worked with. Their response time is very fast and they move to resolve issues very quickly. They are continually updating their product and have seen a strong focus on their customers and what they are asking for.

Anytime an organization has a recruitment pipeline of any sort, recruit CRM can be used to manage it. The more complex your workflow, recruit CRM can still be customized accordingly, but you would need to make use of their API. As is part of the name, once recruitment stops, you would have to use another tool to manage things afterward (Onboarding, HR management, etc)

I was onboarded by the friendly team at RecruitCRM 3 years ago. As a recruitment agency the software answers a lot of my ATS/CRM problems. I enjoy the simplicity of the UI, the Kanban view, and the built-in email and scheduling. Additionally, the ability to post directly to job boards is fantastic. The support team is responsive, courteous, and helpful.

Outstanding Product and Customer Service with Recruit CRM

Our company is currently using RCRM in the following locations:

Recruitment to tack candidates and input information for current and future use

Job posting for new orders and this is also linked to our website Invoicing after closing a deal

Client - Account Manager inputs all of the data for the prospect, current and past clients

Report- We use this for a variety of different reporting

Task/Meeting - We use this for internal and external with our client's Settings - We love having the ability to add additional fields without getting RCRM programmers involved

Pros

  • Customer Service is excellent they return calls within 24hrs and will get on a chat/zoom if needed.
  • Willing to take suggests and implement new ideas
  • Always sending updates/video's on new futures within the system

Cons

  • One area I would like to see in the billing invoices. Ability to put our logo and contract labor billed out.
  • Advance searches zip code

  • The Chrome extension makes sourcing and networking effortless.
  • RecruitCRM's Kanban functionality streamlines project and pipeline management.
  • RecruitCRM's mass email function is easy and efficient to use.

Cons

  • Given the nascent stage of RecruitCRM's development, there are constant updates and changes, which make it difficult to train on or solidify processes around.
  • There could be improvements made to the duplicate checking function.

Likelihood to Recommend

RecruitCRM works wonderfully for single-user recruitment management, outreach, and candidate tracking. It loses some functionality when there are multiple team members or when a candidate is involved in multiple projects simultaneously. The team is highly responsive and makes updates quickly, which helps when implementing a new platform.

We are a small staffing firm that fills positions for our clients. Each of our team members use the system on a daily basis to manage candidates, enter notes, and communicate with one another about jobs and candidates. The system helps to keep us organized and track progress with candidates. We can also track communications with candidates, send them pertinent information related to the job and client they've applied to, and utilize the candidate data as a sourcing database for future positions.

Pros

  • Customer service is top notch
  • They listen to user feedback and are constantly making improvements based upon this feedback
  • The system is recruiter-friendly and intuitive

Cons

  • The email functionality is basic, but works for our team.
  • The scheduling function process is built into the system and is one thing we aren't able to customize
  • The reporting options are vey limited at this time

Likelihood to Recommend

The system is definitely built for recruiters, so I don't think it would be suitable for a single company only hiring internal positions. There is the ability to add clients or companies, track deals, and track potential clients. I don't see these features as being useful to a single corporation.

We use it across the company for both its CRM and ATS capacity. We are a remote organization and this keeps us connected, organized and efficient. Customer-facing: it allows us to track all the necessary pieces of information our Clients may ask for. Inward: it allows us to manage our processes to insure that we are meeting the demands of our mission.

  • When a person receives a "Task", it does not allow for a simple reply (as that goes to RCRM). being able to reply to creator of the "Task" would be more efficient.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is well suited for a business that needs a single system to track applicants, manage a pipeline of people, manage a pipeline of Deal values, have access to training (both initial and ongoing via the videos that are attached to practically every piece of the system) and for anyone that relishes amazing customer-service.
