RecruitCRM's Kanban functionality streamlines project and pipeline management.
RecruitCRM's mass email function is easy and efficient to use.

Given the nascent stage of RecruitCRM's development, there are constant updates and changes, which make it difficult to train on or solidify processes around.
There could be improvements made to the duplicate checking function.

It loses some functionality when there are multiple team members or when a candidate is involved in multiple projects simultaneously. The team is highly responsive and makes updates quickly, which helps when implementing a new platform.
