We use it across the company for both its CRM and ATS capacity. We are a remote organization and this keeps us connected, organized and efficient. Customer-facing: it allows us to track all the necessary pieces of information our Clients may ask for. Inward: it allows us to manage our processes to insure that we are meeting the demands of our mission.

- When a person receives a "Task", it does not allow for a simple reply (as that goes to RCRM). being able to reply to creator of the "Task" would be more efficient.
- For new hires: the impression that we have access to state-of-the-art-technology
