Highly recommend to use RecruitBPM. It's a solid ATS platform!

Rating: 10 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

RecruitBPM is being used on a daily basis across our organization. From Sales people, to Recruiters and Hiring Managers. It's helped us to streamline our processes and I especially love the Recruiting Box feature, that shows us the entire recruiting life cycle for the specific position we are trying to fill.

Pros

  • Cost effective Subscription plans
  • Complete Features that cater to our Applicant Tracking needs
  • Variety of Communication Tools
  • Customization and Configuration Options

Cons

  • Too many features does get overwhelming initially, would be good to have modules divided for specific features
  • We needed several demos to understand how to use it

Likelihood to Recommend

Highly recommended for Staffing and Recruiting firms like us. Best to take a trial or demo to understand better, before making the decision.

Better Alternative to Big Budget ATS/CRMs in Industry

Rating: 10 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using RecruitBPM in all spectrum of out company from customer acquisition, customer relationship management, sourcing, recruiting, hiring, offer letters, e-onboarding, time and expense management and billing. It's an easy to learn and feature-rich product with custom workflows, like AI enabled sourcing, clients and candidates management, e-onboarding and e-sign features. I like that it is as feature-rich as Bullhorn or Jobdiva but it's easier to learn.

Pros

  • AI enabaled sourcing
  • Power Search
  • Recruiter Box
  • Bulk outreach to potential clients and candidates
  • One click agency resumes

Cons

  • Android App
  • 24/7 over the phone support
  • Longer training - more like 2 months

Likelihood to Recommend

RecruitBPM is more suitable for volume hiring and where is speed is key. The product does really well on client and candidate relationship management with auto workflow and reminders.

Also in situations where clients require consent form since RecruitBPM has built e-sign at no additional cost.

RecruitBPM is not super supportive if you want the Andriod app. Even though RecruitBPM is mobile-friendly, it's not tailored for Android phones.

Powerful Applicant Tracking System

Rating: 9 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

This is a very powerful system, I love having all my candidates in one place. It is easy to use and easy to navigate. Both as an employee and as a people manager, this tool makes will make your life very easy for the recruiting and administration task work that comes with being both.

Pros

  • I like that the RecruitBPM is simple straight to the point and very easy to navigate through.
  • Collaboration between internal team members has been made so much easier by this software - no more delays as everything is in real time.
  • I think it is a wonderful tool for a start-up company to manage its recruitment program

Cons

  • I do like the idea of a desktop based product, and took a bit of time to get my head around the web portal customization.
  • It is flexible but not much to help incorporate local-type workflows regarding certain recruitment processes.

Likelihood to Recommend

RecruitBPM's interface is very easy to use and feels easy to the eye. It is customisable to one's requirements, and I don't have any cons at this time, as I am still in a learning curve with adjusting recruiting model with module mapping, etc. But It has limited customisation of the career website. A new and fresh look for career websites is required.

Affordable and Well-designed

Rating: 10 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use RecruitBPM throughout our entire organization to manage pretty much everything we do. We are a Staffing/Consulting/Recruiting company that has over 40,000 contacts that need to be managed. Moreover, we need to make sure that we have a working career portal, API integration with our partners, and the ability to send out bulk emails. RecruitBPM does this and more.

Pros

  • Applicant Tracking is the name of the game with RecruitBPM, and it does this very, very well. We have no issues tracking our contacts, leads, companies, clients, and consultants.
  • The dashboard is beautiful. It has a collection of everything we need to know. It covers new leads, emails sent, job orders, sales and recruiting team items, and pretty much whatever else you'd like to customize.
  • The customer support is fantastic. There was something that we thought their platform was missing, and they added it in for us in less than a week.
  • It doesn't feel clunky like some of the other platforms do.
  • This is all you really care about, at the end of the day, right? Does it do what we need it to do? Yes. Is it expensive? Not even close.

Cons

  • It's not feature heavy like Salesforce or Bullhorn, but we also don't need it to be.

Likelihood to Recommend

RecruitBPM is perfectly suited for small to midsize companies, and is tailored to staffing, recruiting, and consulting industries.
