Overall Satisfaction with RecruitBPM
This is a very powerful system, I love having all my candidates in one place. It is easy to use and easy to navigate. Both as an employee and as a people manager, this tool makes will make your life very easy for the recruiting and administration task work that comes with being both.
Pros
- I like that the RecruitBPM is simple straight to the point and very easy to navigate through.
- Collaboration between internal team members has been made so much easier by this software - no more delays as everything is in real time.
- I think it is a wonderful tool for a start-up company to manage its recruitment program
Cons
- I do like the idea of a desktop based product, and took a bit of time to get my head around the web portal customization.
- It is flexible but not much to help incorporate local-type workflows regarding certain recruitment processes.
- With RecruitBPM I'm being able to manage several job boards from one location helps improve our productivity since we can do everything in one tab.
- Has a slight learning curve for those who haven't used a CRM before. Otherwise an intuitive and easy-to-understand UI.
- Easy to use and understand, got the hang of it after 10 mins love the dashboard where you can clearly see the number of candidates per role.
RecruitBPM will give the quick view of the candidate module with direct access to the resume.
