4 Easy Steps to Getting Started with RTasks: Users can initiate their RTasks journey by scheduling a 15-minute introductory chat with a Sales Specialist, followed by a 60-minute software demo for a general overview. They can then request a customized price proposal and sign the contract to begin using RTasks.

Reporting & Analysis: RTasks provides a wide range of over 1500 reports to meet the diverse needs of clients. These reports can be accessed as documents, incorporated into Login Reports to notify staff of concerns, or used to alert supervisors about incidents or internal messages. Campus Dashboards present data in helpful graphs for interpretation, and Resident Trends allow users to analyze information specific to selected residents.

The Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR) enables users to enter and manage resident scheduled and unscheduled medications, assign them to staff, and document all administrations or refusals in real-time.
