Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use FSM to optimize scheduling & planning capabilities for Missions & Maintenance management. In addition, it is also used for Mobile interfacing for Techs.
Pros
- Skill based technician identification
- Dispatching board brings an intuitive interface for scheulers
- Mobile app brings easy to use user interface
Cons
- Rigidity in screen modification on Mobile application
- Windows apps lacks features like iOS & Android apps
- Capacity based planning & scheduling is missing
Likelihood to Recommend
Good for Field Service but not good for Shop based Maintenance. Scheduling capabilities are limited to people only and lacks support for multi-resource scheduling. Rigid on Mobile application enhancements. Doesn't support Inspection rounds or similar functionality to capture qualitative or quantitative inspection results.
