Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use SoftExpert mainly for contract management since it provides a structured environment that ensures correct control and secure storage. We also use it for other HR functions since we have it linked to our payroll system, onboarding process, and legal affairs. It is also linked to our ERP for HC purposes.

  • Availability and security for all parts involved.
  • Single source of truth.

Cons

  • The LMS feature is not good.
  • Some databases should be uploaded manually.
  • Is hard to link to other systems.

  • It has improved the time for managing new joiners' documentation.
