UnderDefense is a managed security service that provides agentic Security Operations Center (SOC) operations and compliance automation. The service integrates with existing Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and cloud environments, allowing organizations to retain their current security tools without adding internal security staff. Each engagement includes an Incident Response (IR) retainer and a 15-minute escalation Service-Level Agreement (SLA). UnderDefense supports hundreds of security and cloud integrations, and the vendor reports that its managed environments have experienced no ransomware incidents during more than a decade of operation.
