Floorplans & Table Assignments: Users can create to-scale floorplans for each event or select from a library. These floorplans are available to hosts in the client portal's seating chart tool, allowing them to easily complete and submit table assignments.
Collaborative Checklist: VenueX automatically assigns tasks to event hosts based on event type and tracks task completion. Users receive alerts about overdue items and can ensure critical tasks are completed on time.
Preferred Vendors & Lists: VenueX allows users to list trusted vendors in the client portal and know which vendors are coming and their team size. Users can browse preferred vendors and contact them with a single click, while keeping track of hired vendors and their contact information.
Analytics & Reporting: According to the vendor, VenueX provides an analytics dashboard to keep track of lead and conversion metrics. Users can monitor specific sales metrics and pull in and view specific data points across all events. The software also offers the ability to export reporting data into Excel for easy sharing.
