Raklet Membership Management Software is a great website to collect payments, publish events and create notice boards. Our student society decided to use Raklet Membership Management Software to manage our events and guests with a website and it was an absolute success! We managed to publish events, sell tickets and track our participants easily. We also get a chance to send them reminder emails before the events. We used notice boards to publish our events and program so people could like, comment, and share on other social media platforms.

Raklet Membership Management Software is really good if you need to keep track of a lot of people, publish events or send emails. But I don't think it is the best way to create socials profiles because you cannot add too many things other than your current company, position, mail address, school, department and profile picture.

  • It is wasier to track who bought tickets now. We can see how many people are going to attend our events and we can send them emails whenever we want without using any other software.
  • We can collect payments easily.
  • Members can engage with each other. When we post an event on the notice board people can like that post and comment on them. They can even share it on their social media accounts.
  • Member profiles are not like Twitter or Instagram. You can't post personal things. It is mostly about where you work, your position, school, etc. But you can send direct messages to each other.

We are using Raklet Membership Management Software for about a year now. Their product helped us a lot to manage our magazine's subscribers. Now, we collect all our payments from Raklet and we are able to decide/restrict certain pages, which has helped us drive our revenue. We also organize webinars, which we can post as events on our Raklet platform. As a board member, I manage the platform and our members apply for membership from the website Raklet Membership Management Software provided us with.

Raklet Membership Management Software is most suitable for membership-based organizations like ourselves. If you want to create different membership plans and restrict some of the content for your paid members, Raklet can definitely be helpful. Also, our members were never this engaged before we decided on the solution. The membership management is off the hook; we can see all the activities of our members, and we don't need to manually correct their information, as they are able to update themselves. But if you want to sell physical goods to your members, you would need to use another marketing base besides Raklet Membership Management Software. We were able to go through, as we restricted some pages only to our paid members.

Alternatives Considered
We also evaluated those products before moving on with Raklet Membership Management Software. I would say the main problem is that these products are well-pronounced among membership management softwares. For this reason, first, their interfaces looked outdated and boring, and we would like to have a better landing page to promote our readers to visit our website. Secondly, they are not as flexible as we like them to be. Most of the other solutions offered one-for-all; we didn't feel like using them because we wanted something special and customized.
