In my opinion, stay away from this service. I tried Warmly, because my CSM at another software company was using it and I thought it looked interesting. Huge mistake. Once they had access to my Microsoft 365 account they proceeded to add a Warmly, profile to every member of my team that was included in a meeting invite, sending an update to the event fifteen times before I realized what was happening. I think this is an unconscionable overreach for a gimmicky service intended to eliminate the need to tell people your name in a Zoom meeting. In my experience, definitely top three worst customer experience.
  • In my experience, this service does nothing well.
  • Add a contact us page to the website. These people are impossible to reach.
In my opinion, this is well suited to nothing. To me, it is an invasive "service" that turned into a plague.
  • I wasted time cutting Warmly, out of my Microsoft account like the tumor it is.
