Project management troubles - Just Wrike it
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We are using Wrike in project management primarily - it is a great software helping us to manage projects, break-it-down into smaller tasks, assign the tasks to relevant team members (instead of writing unnecessary emails), keep a track of real-time status of the projects and get a snapshot/ report of the progress on each project within seconds. We don't need to write emails to assign a particular task to a team member, everything gets assigned simply on Wrike, we are maintaining a detailed description of the task on Wrike itself and logging call notes, project links and other important information against each particular project, to keep it handy instead of searching in email history.
Pros
- Project Management
- Timesheet maintain
- Real-time progress of projects snapshot
- Tasks assignment
Cons
- Side-window on clicking a project name
- Timesheet feature units can improve
- Notifications and reminders management
Likelihood to Recommend
It is highly recommended where project volume is high and the priority is to maintain track record and progress of each project, where there are multiple tasks involved. It may not be appropriate in case of one-off clients where email exchange is necessary.
