Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use Wrike as a project management tool to manage all our daily tasks. It's very important to our cross functional work as people communicate in the comments.
Pros
- My to do list: Very helpful for tracking daily tasks
- Task Status: Effective because we can easily track where we are at with a task
- Adding comments on images: Very helpful when people want to add suggestions on the creatives
Cons
- Missing notifications: Sometimes notifications does not show up
- Notification Count sometimes went missing when I click the task in the nav bar: end up as I didn't see the notifications
- Glitch happens when I drag and drop tasks: Annoying because I have to restart my laptop
- Less labor: We only need to hire one project manager who is responsible for assigning and managing tasks instead of multiple. Saving hiring budget
- Time Efficiency: Employees are able to complete tasks in lesser time, saving hours. (Salary wise)
- Work Efficiency: Wrike enables smooth workflows and a solid proofreading process, helps to avoid extra cost that by be tigered by mistakes
I have not used the AI and automation features yet since it's not that helpful
- Notion
I didn't select Wrike, my company did. I'm not sure if Notion allows cross functional communication, I used it for personal project tracking like job hunting. I think Wrike is more task management based instead of simply record things, so it's better for organizations.
