Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use Wrike to upload all tasks so we are all aware of what everyone is working on, we can combine tasks when we need to collaborate on a task together. It helps with organising our workflow, and it somewhere where all details of a task is in one place.
Pros
- Easy to rearrange and organise tasks
- Multiple views of similar data, so everyone has a choice of how they work
- Shows an overview in calendar format so the month can be planned in advance
Cons
- Al Agents needs more user support for activating and fixing prompts
- More visual layouts as well as Kanban board
- Search bar to be more identifiable as people forget it exists
- We have no more communication issues since every detail is included in Wrike
- We have not missed any deadlines, as work is perfectly organised
- Every user has their own set-up of Wrike, to meet their unique way of working
The Wrike Support Team are dedicated to their users, and as such, I was invited along with many others, to try their AI agents first. It is still being worked on, and issues I came across were a lack of in-software support when going wrong in creating an agent; there are no pop-ups or highlights pointing out where I went wrong, so I found it difficult to use. The AI agent does work excellently, but since I found it a little clunky to work with and activate, I will be waiting for the final release of the new feature until I use it properly.
