Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Our main use case is for project management, but we also have several request forms that our stakeholders can submit. It is also helpful for dashboards and resource management and dividing work amongst our team.

Cons

  • automations based on multiple data points/answers
  • dashboards and reporting on tasks vs. projects is a challenge
  • Able to track and show the full scope of a multi-faceted project and the stages it went through
  • Consolidation of other project management softwares, and excel
I have received recommendations but they didn't seem relevant
Workflows are great
Automations can be challenging, based on the use case
Enterprise choice
I do like how Asana has better graphics (including fun unicorns when you finish tasks)

Great for project management, coordinating amongst coworkers and many stakeholders.
I like the approval feature as well.
Not as great for uploading multiple files and managing versions of documents.
