Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Full project planning, execution, retrospective pipeline for a small consultancy firm. Needs to scope work, have an overview of availability and accurately bill clients.
have used it for several years as the sole software for project management.
have used it for several years as the sole software for project management.
Pros
- Timesheet tracking and easily seeing tasks to add time to
- Integrations with GitHub
- Regular repeated report generation
Cons
- Cross tagging tasks is clunky
- Adding custom tasks to filtering requires talking to customer service
- No markdown in task description is particularly annoying for developers
- Integrations and automatic task generation and assignment make it easy to keep things aligned thus saving time
- It’s very easy to ignore once time pressure hits and has no convenience features to catch up
Not at all. Every suggestion ive gotten for an AI automation has been actively unhelpful
- Notion, monday.com and OneNote
Better structured and more powerful features. Initially had less/no AI forced in and complicating matters.
Great timekeeping linked to actual project planning
