Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Our team uses Wrike for everything project management and for cross-department collaboration. It helps us stay organized on track ensure everyone's workflow makes sense, and deadlines are feasible. We've also set up automations to alert us if anything is approaching a deadline and note if we should prioritize or be concerned about it.

Cons

  • Blueprints - Would love to include non-specific date deadlines in project blueprints (i.e. first task in project is always due 7 days from when the brief is submitted, next task in the project is due 2 days after the first task, etc)
  • It has helped our team become more efficient, so our company could grow from handling 16 events per year to 23 events per year.
Still scratching the surface of AI tools in Wrike, but the project summaries have been helpful.
Building blueprints and creating automations has helped our team become much more efficient and allowed us to handle a larger volume of work, growing from working on 16 events per year to 23 events per year.
Wrike is incredibly robust and customizable in a way that I have not found these other tools to be.

Wrike has been a tremendous tool for us for all project management within the organization, cross department collaboration, and assuring workflows make sense, as well as workload on each team member and making sure deadlines are feasible. Our company works on 23 events per year and our volume is very high and having a tool like Wrike is the key to our success in staying organized and on top of everything.
