Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike to manage tasks across multiple dynamic teams. Several managers need access and time to shared resources. Wrike allows us to assign tasks and manage workloads across these different managers and projects. Additionally, we leverage the scheduling of tasks to help drive priorities and identify and resolve bottle necks.

Pros

  • Easy to create new tasks
  • Facilitates discussion and decision tracking via task notes and comments.
  • Provides visuals to help manage progress.

Cons

  • More features in requests - for example the ability to automatically assign the author to a requested task.
  • Advanced searching options for finding tasks
  • Decreased project management time due to consolidated view of required tasks.
  • Clear, consistent communication on timelines and priorities based on task deadlines.
  • Improved efficiency though the use of template tasks to drive consistent processes.
Very easy and intuitive to use. When onboarding new employees, they can easily pick up Wrike and be up and running quickly.
Way better than attempting to manually track tasks and timelines in Excel.

Great project / task management tool. We operate with many, small projects so the ability to quickly create and assign tasks is critical to not bogging down the project management process. We leverage several different template tasks to make launching projects quick, easy, and consistent.

Easy to view and adjust timeline and resources to make sure all critical deadlines are hit.
