At www.maction.com, we are a team of around 15 to 20. Yesterday, after trying for 1 month for free, we used Zoho One and have paid for the first month's subscription of INR 4,000 + 18% GST. We send emails via Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns. Zoho CRM is an awesome tool that makes sure the Marketing Department is seamlessly integrated.

Cons

In Zoho CRM a person can send 10 emails only at a time. Please increase that to 100 at a time.

If you want to use the Zoho CRM as a marketing tool, then try using Zoho Campaign. Zoho CRM has 10 emails only at a time available to send. I run a Pizza Restaurant also. For the same reason, we have less rush of orders. We use Zoho to contact people for ordering Pizzas between 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm via Zoho CRM. This way we can track live orders, look at who has orders given using our email, and get more business.

It is an excellent, user-friendly, easy-to-use, unique, novel, efficient, multifaceted/multi-diversified software program/platform with great/excellent features for managing office tasks, works, activities, and assignments, including the names of the respective persons involved/engaged, progress/development, overall status, targets/deadlines, etc.

We use Zoho CRM for contact acquisition and tabulation. All leads are inputed through Zoho CRM until they are closed. We try to cipher through call backs and email communication until all leads are converted.

Pros

Leads can be merged really well to enhance any duplicates.
Accounts can be created to simplify categories leads belong to.
CRM works very well for our purposes for leaving associated NOTES for new Leads and Contacts.
Attachments of pdf files can insure more files are linked to leads and contacts
Emails are good for up to two parties

Cons

Linking Zoho CRM to platforms such as ROBLY for email blasts
Social media platform linkage
Making Zoho CRM always load faster and improve
Direct touch dial phone numbers

Some leads need TLC until they are closed. We always feel it is best to hone a customer-to-be by amassing as much info@gaincontact.com as possible building a NOTES profile…. Nothing less suffices.

We use Zoho CRM to keep current clients up to date and for sales with leads. The system works great for keeping sales and marketing on the same page for existing clients and leads. Zoho CRM allows for team work between our departments and have caused us to work together efficiently.

Some of the functionality can be tricky
Synching with other apps that aren't from Zoho can be challenging

We have been using Zoho CRM for over a year now. It is used for Customer/sales-related information. It has excellent automation tools built in and does a great job generating reports of our users' activities for us to review. It also integrates into our website and can import data from our primary contact form. They also have a great support team.

Hooks into our website and can import data from forms.
Has great automation tools built in.
Reporting features are great.
Easy to learn, makes it easy for us to onboard new users onto it.
Fairly customizable. We have fine tuned it to work the way we need it to.

Cons

We sometimes run into performance issues. Its rare though.
Zoho's documentation can be overwhelming; I recommend using live support or training videos instead.

Likelihood to Recommend

It's perfect for a small or mid-sized team that needs moderate automation and customization. Their pricing, in particular, suits a small or mid-sized team better than something like Hubspot. They also offer a comprehensive free trial, which I recommend people look into. On the other hand, if your team is large or your budget for a CRM is more significant, I would also recommend looking into Hubspot; it's what we used before we moved to Zoho.

Zoho CRM is one of the best CRM tools out there. I have personally used a fair few other CRM applications but this one just stands out of the crowd. Zoho CRM helps us in streamlining our business, from all the lead management to exporting data into other applications for more analysis. It has a steep learning curve and does take a while to get quick with it but it is worth it

Not the best UI/UX
Could use a better phone application for remote use
