Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM is one of the best CRM tools out there. I have personally used a fair few other CRM applications but this one just stands out of the crowd. Zoho CRM helps us in streamlining our business, from all the lead management to exporting data into other applications for more analysis. It has a steep learning curve and does take a while to get quick with it but it is worth it

Pros

  • Keeps track of my chats so I don't forget to follow up
  • Has attractive pricing, better than the competition
  • Easy to learn and use

Cons

  • Not the best UI/UX
  • Could use a better phone application for remote use
  • The ROI is excellent especially when compared to the competitors
  • The application has had a positive impact as the automation features make life much easier
Salesforce CRM would have been my go-to if I had the budget for it. Zoho CRM goes 90% of the way for a much decent price.

It is well suited for any business customer relationship management work. I would highly recommend it for small businesses with low budgets. They offer high discounts as well and you can find coupons available.
It is a great sales management tool that can also be used for forecasting and analysis.
