Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
We use Zoho CRM to keep current clients up to date and for sales with leads. The system works great for keeping sales and marketing on the same page for existing clients and leads. Zoho CRM allows for team work between our departments and have caused us to work together efficiently.

Cons
- Some of the functionality can be tricky
- Synching with other apps that aren't from Zoho can be challenging
- Tech support can be laggy
- We've had success interacting with leads through Zoho CRM
- Mass emails are easy when using Zoho CRM with Campaigns
- Creating email templates in Zoho CRM for the sales team saves us time and money
I love campaigns, very user friendly. Synching with Zoho CRM is easy and it's a nice feature to not have to update 2 programs, when we update a contact record in Zoho CRM, it's nice to know that that contact info is also updated in campaigns. We never have to worry about emails going out to dead contacts.
