Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

I used Zoho CRM while working with SustainCERT. It is an excellent, user-friendly, easy-to-use, unique, novel, efficient, multifaceted/multi-diversified software program/platform with great/excellent features for managing office tasks, works, activities, and assignments, including the names of the respective persons involved/engaged, progress/development, overall status, targets/deadlines, etc.

  • Missing functionality reintroduction/addition.
  • Making it more and more user-friendly.

  • Easy synchronization with other relevant apps like Bamboo HR.
  • Great! ease of doing business.
  • Excellent! time management and tracking.
  • Awesome! data analytics and visualization.
