Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
We use Zoho CRM for contact acquisition and tabulation. All leads are inputed through Zoho CRM until they are closed. We try to cipher through call backs and email communication until all leads are converted.
Pros
- Leads can be merged really well to enhance any duplicates.
- Accounts can be created to simplify categories leads belong to.
- CRM works very well for our purposes for leaving associated NOTES for new Leads and Contacts.
- Attachments of pdf files can insure more files are linked to leads and contacts
- Emails are good for up to two parties
Cons
- Linking Zoho CRM to platforms such as Robly for email blasts
- Social media platform linkage
- Making Zoho CRM always load faster and improve
- Direct touch dial phone numbers
- Nothing falls in the cracks
- Most recent leads are filtered with ease.
- Easy recall of contacts upon re-sign-up’s
