Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

At www.maction.com, we are a team of around 15 to 20. Yesterday, after trying for 1 month for free, we used Zoho One and have paid for the first month's subscription of INR 4,000 + 18% GST. We send emails via Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns. Zoho CRM is an awesome tool that makes sure the Marketing Department is seamlessly integrated.

Cons

  • In Zoho CRM a person can send 10 emails only at a time. Please increase that to 100 at a time.
  • We want to seamlessly integrate Zoho CRM with Zoho One in our Company.
  • I have checked Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Zoho is the best value for money.
  • Zoho CRM is a very user-friendly software.

If you want to use the Zoho CRM as a marketing tool, then try using Zoho Campaign. Zoho CRM has 10 emails only at a time available to send. I run a Pizza Restaurant also. For the same reason, we have less rush of orders. We use Zoho to contact people for ordering Pizzas between 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm via Zoho CRM. This way we can track live orders, look at who has orders given using our email, and get more business.
