One subscription multiple apps.

Rating: 9 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I have used multiple apps under Zoho One, which are - Zoho CRM, Campaigns, Marketing Automation, Analytics, Projects, Flow, Mail, Cliq, and more. They take care of complete sales and marketing (GTM) team functions, and also make sure that there is a seamless data connectivity between applications.

Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects are also connected with HubSpot, where our onboarding uses it for project management and sync up with Sales which uses HubSpot.

Pros

  • One interface, multiple business apps
  • Data is seamless as everything is under one roof
  • Pricing is cheaper compared to buying different apps from different vendors

Cons

  • At times the UI gets slow
  • Would be nice if we could have more pricing tiers
  • Navigation between apps can also get better

Likelihood to Recommend

Zoho One is well suited in multiple scenarios as there is tight integration between apps and data flows seamlessly between each other. There are also other native integrations available like HubSpot and Salesforce primarily for Zoho CRM which also helps in a way for teams that have multiple teams using different other tools and have a requirement to integrate.

Nothing major in terms of less appropriate scenarios, just that the UI might freeze from time to time and a reload would fix it back usually.

Zoho One user for life

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Zoho One allows me to save time by consolidating invoicing trouble tickets and follow-ups plus I'm boarding in a very simple well designed user interface. I like it's ease of integration with other applications that I run for my sales tax and the ease of managing the invoicing it's really great for us

Pros

  • Customized dashboards
  • Easy to see the kpis for different aspects of my business
  • And offers a consolidation of CRM campaign and other applications without having to use other technologies from other companies so it's great to consulate consolidated
  • The analytics is great what else
  • Collaboration tools are excellent

Cons

  • It could make it a lot easier to generate reports
  • Could help to switch between different types of applications within Zoho One
  • Customer support is excellent but sometimes it's just need a quick answer and I think better AI would be an improvement

Likelihood to Recommend

I think that if you're small company starting out Zoho One won't allows you to grow and without having to have to spend a lot of money on technology so it's really well built for those companies starting out and growing less complex than HubSpot. I think easier integration with LinkedIn would be great also with dialers but that's just the question of taste for my end

Getting in to Zoho One

Rating: 10 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We only use Zoho One for Zoho Sites - the sebsite builder. And for now, only the static website (not eCommerce). The reason is that whilst it is not the most sophisticated of site builders it is relatively easy to learn and use and is price-competitive. It has forms for surveys, log-on security if required and integrates with social media well. We recently added Zoho Desk and so soon will start to use the Groups and user management features. Together, we plan to use all htree tools to manage websites and help desks, along with Knowledgebase capabilities. Hence, this is an evolving experience with Zoho One.

Pros

  • Integration with Microsoft 365 apps
  • Social media integration
  • Collaboration between the apps we use (Desk and Sites)

Cons

  • In my experience, the website builder confuses the concepts of columns and rows with layout options difficult to change once a template is chosen.
  • International - we made the mistake of setting up our Desk in Australia where SSL and modern OAuth with mail integration is not possible. We needed to migrate to a US subscription to get these features. Why?
  • In my opinion, Forms are still a little bit tacky - in structure and reporting. We usually go back to M365.

Likelihood to Recommend

Keep in mind that our use is restricted to Desk, Sites, Forms and user management. But for these apps, it is a very cost-effective way to set up professional help desks and websites. Success in these apps encrouages us to start reviewing other Zoho apps.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Zoho One is a unified platform for CRM, Digital Marketing, Zoho mail, email marketing etc. Our organization is most of the apps from Zoho One, and doesn't have to go away from it. I and my team, majorly work on Zoho Mail, Zoho meetings, Zoho drive, Zoho email marketing. As a UX designer, Zoho One's UI and UX varies from app to app and also from varies from mobile to desktop app. which makes the learning curve steep a bit and sometimes the integrations between the zoho apps works weird and is not seamless.

Pros

  • Client onboarding process is simple and easy.
  • One place for finance department to work on.
  • Tools like Zoho meeting, zoho drive and zoho notes are easily accessible.

Cons

  • UI and UX. The entire Zoho One apps collections can have a one unified UI design system.
  • Integration with other Zoho apps in Zoho One can be more seamless and make the data available easily.

Likelihood to Recommend

Its very similar to Google One, but cheaper and more Apps. Also the fact that its Indian made, I think it knows the struggles of Indians.

Zoho One is the only One

Rating: 10 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is the single platform we use to operate our entire business other than the web browser. I've been a long time Zoho user starting with Zoho CRM and then a year or so later, began using Zoho Books, and then Zoho Mail. Once Zoho One was released which is the all inclusive subscription which includes at the time about 40 Zoho modules, I was sold as it was the more economical option and was a full integrated approach to operating our business. Most recently we've incorporated Zoho Payroll which we'd been waiting for and so far, love it.

Pros

  • Single Sign on
  • Single Subscription payment
  • Full Integrated across all modules
  • Excellent UI/UX

Cons

  • Sometimes updates are released without prior notification
  • So feature rich it can be a bit of a learning curve if you don't start with the basics
  • Not as well known as the heavily promoted SalesForce or HubSpot

Likelihood to Recommend

I've recommended this to an IT company, an ad agency, real estate agents, and several contractors. Because it is so customizable, it works great regardless of whether you sell a product or a service. If you are a solo business or have a sales team nationwide or internationally, Zoho One is still for you, as it accommodates multiple languages and currencies. The desktop web version works as does the mobile/tablet apps. So it's great if you are office based or out in the field.

Must have Tool for Businesses of all Scale.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

As a person backed with marketing we use lot of ZOHO tools and ZOHO CRM is the primary tool that helped me a lot in maintaining all our leads at one place and helped our sales team to work more efficiently in generating sales. Apart from ZOHO crm we do use ZOHO webinar, ZOHO people in our organization

Pros

  • Marinating our Sales team effectively by segregating Leads in one place.
  • Helping our HR team to maintain attendance and leaves effectively in one place.
  • Helping us to conduct webinars to help our customers and generate more leads.

Cons

  • ZOHO is too easy to work on.
  • In CRM, If there was a option to send data to google sheets, It would be a great help.

Likelihood to Recommend

ZOHO One helps us keep all our ZOHO tools in one place, and it is very effective as each and every member of the organization has access to the data, which can help us improve ourselves as an organization and ensure that all of us are aligned with our business goals.

Zoho One is a great suite of products!

Rating: 9 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Zoho One as our main CRM. It helps us keep track of all of our customers, we do billing inside of it, we do a lot of other tools like reporting, analytics, desk, etc. We use a hoe for almost every single function of the company and everything that relates to customer information. We also use it for sales tracking.

Pros

  • Zoho One has access to so many tools and makes it extremely convenient!
  • The tools worked together really well, like Desk communicating to the CRM, etc.
  • Zoho One is super affordable!

Cons

  • I would say that sometimes the different pieces feel separate from each other, even though they’re supposed to be connected. They do communicate well, but they also have a lot of weird issues too.
  • Zoha one offers a ton of different tools, but not all of those tools are flushed out super well. I’d like to see them make each other their tools better.

Likelihood to Recommend

Zoho One works really well for our organization because we’re small. It allows us to do a lot of different things and have access to a lot of tools, but I can’t imagine using it on a large scale because of the bugs and idiosyncrasies. I think it fits for a tightening organization, I’m guessing maybe up to 150 people, but anything larger than that I don’t think would be a good fit. The affordability goes a long way for a growing company

Zoho One is a huge upgrade in the CRM game!

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Zoho One to run all of our customer interactions. Zoho One is our CRM, ticketing system and remote management solution. It allows us to remotely control remote computers, generate help tickets, and track all aspects of our customer service. It also includes features for business email, website building and hosting, and e-sign for documents.

Pros

  • E-signature
  • Ticketing
  • CRM
  • Inventory Management

Cons

  • Some of the inventory features in the Remote pc management module (Assist) could be better
  • Lack of a native integration for Quickbooks
  • Lack of an integration in the Desk app for the Vault app

Likelihood to Recommend

Zoho One is fantastic for running a service and sales company. It has been fantastic for my small business and setting up workflows. I would imagine it would be less useful for someone that didn't need all of the features it provides, but it does have everything you would need to run a company.

Great Suite of Applications for an excellent price

Rating: 9 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Zoho One delivers a suite of software solutions that offer the perfect round-up for startups and SMEs. In our case, we are primarily focusing on billing and support tickets. CRM, project management, as well as contracts and digital signing, are also used by us. Before, we had different software solutions with integration issues. Zoho One delivers almost everything one can ask for out of one hand, plus it gives additional features for further development and automatization.

Pros

  • Billing
  • Integration between apps
  • Automatization

Cons

  • More sophisticated CRM
  • Social media management is pretty week
  • Further improvement in giving options for customization and integration of the apps
