Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Virtual Office
8x8 replaced our phone system when we moved to a virtual office. Due to the very small call volume we receive as an international organization, we only have one physical line being monitored personally and online. The ability to forward messages is very handy in our situation.
- The online platform is fairly easy to use.
- Due to our small volume, we have not run into any problems.
- Good value for the cost.
