Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work
We use 8x8 for four different psychiatric offices. We have numbers for each separate provider. This is the interface with the customer for each business. The text function became inoperable because of the tedious verification process. The updates for desktop need to be reinstalled every time for updates.
This has been a constant thorn in my side for functionality. I should not have to uninstall and reinstall for each update.
Then it is nearly impossible to find the link for the app to reinstall. The main website is impossible to find a real person. Otto is as incompetent. AI truly is fake intelligence.

Pros
- I like the function for voicemails to email where I can forward easily and securely.
- When it works, it is clear.
- Does not require a big bandwidth to function.
Cons
- Support needs to be deleted and started with a fresh simple path to support. Real support. Not Otto
- When Otto makes me sign in and then asks me questions that should be in the information gathered from my profile, you are wasting my time.
- Too many names for too many products and I never know what you call the one I have been using for 6 years.
- Really do not like the new colors for the icon. Hard to see.
- When it works, it is awesome.
- When it need updates it is awful.
- Nearly impossible to find link to update application.
- Must uninstall and reinstall with every update.
