Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work
I am an admin and use 8x8 Work for our mental health clinic. We use this app to assign clinicians and mental health workers a number and their own extension to be able to communicate directly with clients without giving them their personal information.
Pros
- Great customer service and assistance with issues!
- Several features such as texting, calling, personalized voicemails, and so much more!
- Use of a call tree and system for our organization
Cons
- SMS feature is sometimes glitchy and we get reports that clients don’t receive our messages sometimes and or we don’t receive there’s
- It is connected through internet so if ours goes out so do our phone systems for the company
- It creates HIPAA compliant way for our facility to communicate with clients.
- SMS was a hassle to set up and took forever when they merged this system
- Call Logs are a great way to manage employees and run their KPIS
