We love the 8x8 from the first time that our clients call, they are able to get in touch with the department that they need to, as well as everyone in the office being able to contact one another behind the scenes via text messaging. We work in the medical industry, so being HIPAA compliant is imperative us, and 8x8 is HIPAA compliant. I mean there are so many important things that we use 8x8 for whether we're at our desks or when we're not and away from the office being able to use the app that streamline all of our communications again whether it's someone trying to contact us via the phone or through text messaging this really is an amazing tool that has helped our business grow by leaps and bounds.

Yes! That is one of the best uses of 8x8 has been able to collaborate with other colleagues behind the scenes in real time.
I can't tell you the numerous ways that 8x8 has benefited our practice. It has streamlined so many things for us that it really has become an invaluable tool that we use daily.
I can tell you that there were many 8x8-LIKE solutions that I tried before we decided to strictly go with 8x8 and there is no other service out there that it's comparable to a 8x8 brings to the table
