Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work
From a customer engagement perspective, we use 8x8 for both outbound and inbound calls. Connecting with clients, giving them updates, asking for the information we need, etc.
We use 8x8 across the org. Communicating with different members regarding processes, priorities, etc. Most of the time, we use the messaging feature which is great.

Pros
- Technical Issue Resolution. They're always quick and easy to work with when we encounter issues
- Analytics Dashboard. It's easy to see what's happening and if I need any data
- Mobile app - you won't believe how rare it is to find a good app
Cons
- Integration. I hope it integrates with more tools
People don’t have to jump between different apps to get their work done, which saves time
It's easier for the team to connect with each other while communicating with clients
Communication is now more straightforward since everything is in just one place. Looking for colleagues' information is easier since it's all in one place and has a description of which department they belong in

Personally, I prefer 8x8 because of ease of use, ability to customize, and support from the team.
