Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series
We currently use 8x8 X for phones and fax. Never had any issues. They are great at sending updates. So much easier not having a fax machine. We fax to the IRS constantly. I would highly recommend the 8x8 X over any Voice Over IP products on the market. Will definitely renew this service.

8x8 X is the only product we have used; therefore, the only product I have reviewed. Before 8x8 X, we just had a regular phone and fax system for 25 years. This is a very needed and helpful upgrade. All employees spend less time taking care of their phone calls and sending faxes. Employees now have the opportunity to work from home because of the phone app that is available.

Evaluating 8x8 X Series and Competitors
Yes - 8x8 X was replaced by a regular phone system that we had for 25 years. It also replaced our standing fax machine. This system is a great update for our company. Saves time on phone calls and faxing. Tremendous upgrade to those who can now work from home because of the telephone app.

Our IT department actually suggested the 8x8 X as that is what they were using at the time. We are very happy that this product was recommended to our company. We have saved time and money with this product. Employees can now even work from home because of the telephone app that is available for their cell phone.
If I had to do it over, I would not change anything in my evaluation or selection process. Our company is very happy with this product. It has saved us time and money. We also have fewer machines sitting around, taking up space.

Our IT company performed the implementation, as they were using you guys already at the time of start-up for our company. The 8x8 X system has been a godsend. Saves so much time and money. The product is clearly worth the price. Great service and always updating the product
Change management was a minor issue with the implementation - There was very minimal change implementation as this product is very user-friendly. So easy to use whether it's the phone system, the app on your cell phone, or the fax system. Highly recommend the 8x8 X, as any company will love this product and the time and money it saves them.

Yes - The 8x8 X app for the cell phone works wonderfully. None of our employees have ever had an issue with the app. We have one employee who strictly works at home so this is the only product she uses for a phone, outside the office. When the weather is bad and employees do not come in, there have been no issues either. The product is great all the away around.
