[8x8 X Series (Formerly Virtual Office)] is being used for all communication within three clinical offices
Pros
- Scalability
- Reliablity
- Average cost (not too high or too low)
Cons
- Improved transparency of services
- Improved User Interface
- Improved Customer Service
- A User Manual for the average person not in the telecommunication field
- A how-to guide that involved terminology that was intuitive
- A dedicated representative that actually cared about our company and wanted to see it succeed with 8x8
- Reducing the price by 1/2 since we are not able to implement 50% of the features we pay for due to the reasons above
- Ppositive: cheaper than ATT
- Negative: poor sales follow up
- Negative: poor relations with clients
- Negative: inefficient user manual
