[8x8 X Series (Formerly Virtual Office)] is being used for all communication within three clinical offices

  • Reliablity
  • Average cost (not too high or too low)
  • Improved transparency of services
  • Improved User Interface
  • Improved Customer Service
  • A User Manual for the average person not in the telecommunication field
  • A how-to guide that involved terminology that was intuitive
  • A dedicated representative that actually cared about our company and wanted to see it succeed with 8x8
  • Reducing the price by 1/2 since we are not able to implement 50% of the features we pay for due to the reasons above
  • Ppositive: cheaper than ATT
  • Negative: poor sales follow up
  • Negative: poor relations with clients
  • Negative: inefficient user manual
