Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

Absorb LMS manages our training on required Quality Management System training as well as tracking required industry training. It has enabled us to customize and personalize our training experience, which in turn, has empowered and motivated our team and has improved overall training compliance. Our managers have clearer and immediate insight into each team members training completion and overall compliance.

We utilize the Google SSO integration which has made account creation, management, and user login easier. Content creation, especially quiz creation, has permitted great customization and pertinent verification of content understanding. The Manager Dashboard has empowered our managers to, in real-time, know the status of their team members' training, which has also reduced burden on the Compliance team from having to generate and distribute regular reports to the management team.
They have always been responsive and helpful to any questions raised.
Absorb LMS provided us the most robust set of features and lowest cost. A bug feature for us was 21CFR11 compliant signatures which other vendors do not have or charge extra to bolt on to the solution.

My experience with Absorb LMS has been very positive. From the beginning, the system was very easy to configure and set up. The options for internally created trainings have been robust, especially as it pertains to "quizzes" to test users. Additionally, importing existing SCORM trainings or internally recorded trainings has been relatively easy.
