Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

So When we started looking the problem there was very less participation on the tool where we are trying to promote learning with the help for video and SharePoint link as Absorb LMS can into the picture we were able to improve the engagement level of all the learner and also the reporting help us to track everything smoothly. We were able to have a long and wide range of content on LMS for users and it also helps along in centralizing and maintaining compliance across regions. With the help LMS we improve engagement level, learning frequency and adaptability from the users.

Pros

  • Content Designing become easy for us with Absorb Create.
  • Reporting and Landing Page experience has been effective and engaging both for the management and learners.
  • Maintaining users database was easy and simple.
  • Features while setting up any course is so detailed that every course user had different and unique experience.

Cons

  • The e-commerce feature is little complicated to use without any guidance.
  • Instructor led course should have feature to track attendance automatically.
  • Maybe gamification feature can be added in Absorb Create
  • We increased the engagement level by 25% in 6 months
  • It helps us to be a one stop shop for us for all the L&D related activities
  • Its helps us to streamline all vertical of L&D and get better engagement and completion percentage
  • The organization is moving from perception of training employee to self learning with the help of LMS
It has been an amazing experience for me as i work on Digital Learning Manager role my day revolves around Absorb LMS every day all the time. So for LMS is everything. It helps me to put content into reality which imagine in my mind. It is very user friendly as i have also used other LMS in the past but the experience have been phenomenal.

As i said earlier all the features i selected has helped us to improve the engagement level, the adaptability and experience of learning for users. With these feature and functionality we were able to create difference in organization and it gave L&D a different position in the organization. With these features things come out very differently which we were unable to achieve earlier.
This is has been the most amazing experience as i had to connect frequently in the initial stage and my CSM ([...]) has been amazing support all the time. Whether setting up new landing page, or setting up e-commerce account or setting up vendor training every time he has been an amazing support without him i must have stuck multiple times i am sure about it 100%. I would like to thank him as much as i can.
Absorb LMS has been so easy to use as a administrator however successfactor has been very complicated to use and lengthy process for every thing we have do to lots of thing but with Absorb LMS it has been amazing experience.

In my opinion, Absorb LMS goes well with organizations that need to drive training programs across multiple locations or business units. For example, we have used it to build a global standard training procedure with consistent content, assign compliance training with due dates and reminders, and to build product knowledge sessions for sales and Ops teams with the ability to monitor progress. Lots of users and management of users is relatively easy with the interface and reporting features to review who completed the training and how effective it was. In my experience with Absorb LMS, as of now i don't feel or i can say that Absorb LMS can be less appropriate in any organization as every organization looks for easy to use, featured filled LMS which Absorb LMS is currently have maybe in future as AI is becoming the new need Absorb LMS add more in features related to it may enhance the experience.
