Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

We use Absorb LMS as a customer education tool. We wanted to develop something modern and engaging for learners, available 24/7. We use Absorb to train our customers on our products, installation methods, and applications. We use it with internally and externally, but focus on external to train everyone interacting with our products.

So easy to use! One of the main reasons we picked Absorb was the clean user interface for learners and the easy navigation for Admin. We were able to get our training up and running much faster than we were with our previous platform, and the look & feel was incredibly better!

Reporting has allowed us to partner with our customers and train their learners at scale, while giving them visibility into their teams enrollments and completions.
Integrations allowed us to seamlessly integrate with our other online tools.
Engage allows us to customize the platforms to create a VIP experience for our key customers.
eCommerce allows us to show tangible value for our training.
Kirsten S. is our account manager and she is an absolute joy to work with. She is always answering our questions, helping us come up with creative solutions to make the LMS do what we need it to, and sharing a laugh or two along the way. Kirsten is professional, knowledgeable, and an asset to our program.
Absorb was pretty much the same price as the other LMS's we evaluated (around 16!) but with a much easier navigation for learners and admin. We needed the flexibility of Absorb to customize our learning experience and we wanted the control within our admin to make this quickly. Absorb's easy to use interface makes all of this possible, while still having an outstanding team to support you when question arise.

Absorb is a great LMS that helps you roll out training at scale, track learner engagement, and provide robust and accurate reporting. It is great for training internally and externally. It's well suited for customized training and development. It wouldn't be the best suited for organizations trying to train on a shoe string budget.
