Overall Satisfaction with Absorb LMS

We use Absorb LMS to communicate our latest product and collection releases via training modules to those working on the shop floor to ensure they're keeping our brand front of mind when assisting customers in store.

Pros

  • Greater flexibility over the layout and order of badges/competencies
  • Increased learner engagement
  • Increased retention of learners
Overall, it is relatively easy to use from an admin perspective. From a user perspective, our learners do encounter some difficulties as they're not super tech savvy.

  • Ecosystem Integrations (Absorb APIs or Absorb Connectors)
Fantastic support provided by their support team. As part of our plan, we opted for a CSM which has greatly assisted us even further with ensuring we're getting the most out of Absorb LMS's capabilities.
We opted to move across to Absorb LMS to reduce costs and provide greater gamification for our learners. We were intrigued by its customisation to allow us to white label our LMS as much as possible to create a UI that was easy to navigate for our specific demographic of less tech savvy learners.

Absorb LMS has provided a great solution for us to provide internal training to our sales consultants. Some of the features offered are more so tailored to larger businesses for internal HR training and external training solutions, making these features less appropriate for our needs.
