Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use AccuLynx for all of our open roofing projects and it includes all of the features to track all work that is done and all invoices and photos we need to capture to accurately bill for each project and assess our own costs and profit. We also use it to communicate with all of our team.

Usability

It is very user friendly and they tend to make updates pretty often to make things even better. Their customer service is also excellent. Anytime I've had an issue with usability or even just a question, they are extremely responsive and almost always fix the issue within 24 hours. I like that they are responsive to email as well.

ADP Workforce Now and QuickBooks Online

I haven't used many software options comparable to AccuLynx, but I've used several programs along side it and it works very well with the other programs we use frequently.

I have only used AccuLynx for this job, to use it in the roofing industry. It helps us track and manage all of our suppliers and subcontractors and when and what is happening with each job. It integrates well with Quickbooks and makes payment tracking super easy. It also has great communication functionality.
