Overall Satisfaction with Acronis Backup

Our company uses Acronis to backup data locally and in the cloud. Acronis has provided one solution to backup data in several locations.

Pros

  • Acronis works everyday and reports every success or failure. We can count on it performing.

Cons

  • The setup was difficult for a small business with limited IT skills. However, one call to customer service resolved the issue completely.
  • Acronis has taken the backup tasks out of our daily operations.
The product was scalable to handle all of our needs.

Acronis was recommended by out external IT company and was the perfect combination of cost and features.
