Overall Satisfaction with Act-On

Act-On has become a key part of marketing and lead generation strategy for the whole business. The lead generation, tracking and nurturing facilities addressed by Act-On along with end-to-end solutions for almost all our marketing needs has been beyond expectations. Over the last couple of months, we have increased our reliance on Act-On due to the excellent results we have seen.

The most important reason is definitely the account managers and customer service that Act-On has provided. Act-On is always a phone call away and they are the best marketing consultants we have. The tool obviously is a very reliable and mature system and satisfies almost all of our current marketing needs.
Act-On is a very good tool if you rely heavily on email campaigns. They do very well on tracking Google Adwords and website visitors too but the success ratio on finding out the user detail varies as sometimes Act-On can only track them till the ISP they are using and a better lead capture mechanism is required for such situations.
