Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Active Campaign for two businesses. First, Active Campaign allows my Navajo language learning business to offer daily email notifications. Second, Active Campaign allows my tour business email notifications about tour and booking updates.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Active Campaign goes beyond other email services because I am able to easily create 7-day email drips and copy it as a template for the next fifty-one weeks. I am able to review the analytics of individual and group customer behaviors and plan accordingly for beneficial content.
With ActiveCampaign, there was some trial and error to move through the platform, but I focused on three features and gradually added other tweaks. I plan on continuing my learning with Active Campaign to integrate more features.

Cons

I am working away from my desk the majority of the week, and the mobile app with seamless functionality would be a great compliment to Active Campaign.
