Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

It is used both for automation and for weekly emails. Active Campaign keeps me connected to my best readers, followers, and clients. I have especially enjoyed the automation features that I've added in the last few months. I've seen my email list grow considerably since moving to Active Campaign. I'm very pleased with my results.

Cons

  • Setting up emails was challenging at first.
  • I wish the drop and drags were easier to use.
  • Setting up lists takes a little time to understand.
  • More emails getting to more people, especially Gmail.
  • Automations are keeping my records clean and my readers active.
  • Automations are also adding to my email subs.
Honestly, I like AC better than all of these for getting emails through, for automation, and for campaigns. And, the customer service is best at AC. None of the other companies help as they do. I do wish AC would make the drag and drop a little easier. Mailerlite did this, and I found it so easy to build emails.
Customer service and onboarding are amazing. I had such a good experience getting set up. Also, I've had great service when I've emailed or contact AC with a problem. Also, I like the campaigns and the automations very much. Sometimes, I wish that the drop and drag functions were a little easier to use. Convert Kit and Mailer Lite are easier and more user-friendly.
