I have a small business - I am the owner and operator of the business. I use [ActiveCampaign] to manage clients, automate sales and generally make life easier!

Pros and Cons

Integration - ActiveCampaign easily integrates into many other software solutions. It is a simple process to make it happen.
Automation - ActiveCampaign has easy to use templates to help automate your business, or you can custom build them for yourself.
Dashboard - Most of the information I need is available at a glance on the home screen.

ActiveCampaign for my purposes is not a standalone software. It needs to linking to other solutions
ActiveCampaign is not the cheapest email management software

Return on Investment

I’ve been using ActiveCampaign for many years, and I’m willing to keep paying for it because it makes email management so simple.

Alternatives Considered

I have been using ActiveCampaign forever, I keep using it because it’s already set up. I have used others, and found them frustrating

Other Software Used

WordPress, Acuity Scheduling, a Squarespace company

As owner and operator of my business, ActiveCampaign is well-suited, and I imagine it could be scaled too much larger businesses. There are many features that I am sure I could use a lot better, and that would require an investment of time to figure it out.
