Use Cases and Deployment Scope

ActiveCampaign has been hugely beneficial in helping my marketing team identify what works and what doesn't. I particularly enjoy being able to set up the automatic workflows for new leads who may not be quite yet sales qualified, but consistently show interest. Our conversions have increased significantly since adding ActiveCampaign to our toolbox.

Pros and Cons

Landing pages: creating landing pages is easy.
Forms: seamless integration of forms on our home site

setting up the automations and tagging was a bit difficult. Be sure to really plan out what your tags will be, otherwise it can become chaotic fast.
Wish it could track whether or not a subscriber forwarded an email to someone else.

Features of ActiveCampaign can really grow a business if you take the time to learn the platform. The training gives best practices that helped to bring some of my more inexperienced colleagues up to speed. Setting up the automations is lengthy and very time consuming, but well worth the investment.
